My services work to release trapped tension and stress from the body so that the mind and body can use that energy to heal and thrive. I assess each client’s goals and design each session to support their individual needs.

Yoga Nidra / NSDR

Yoga Nidra, or Non-Sleep Deep Rest, is a sleep-based guided meditation similar to hypnosis. It translates to “yogic sleep.” Science tells us that 45 minutes of yoga nidra is equivalent to 3 hours of deep sleep. In this lineage of Yoga Nidra known as the I AM™ method, the student is methodically guided into a deep state of consciousness where they are able to experience a sense of oneness and unbounded identity. While yoga Nidra is a practice that is very relaxing, it is also used to awaken infinite potential within.

Yoga

All Nectar Healing yoga sessions are based in the intention to release trapped tension and stress from the body and quiet the mind.

1:1 sessions are designed specifically for the individual student. Styles taught include Hatha, Yin, and restorative, depending on the student’s needs. Practice may include breath work and meditation.

Reiki

Reiki is a universal healing energy. In a 1:1 Reiki session, the client lays down in a comfortable position, rests, and receives Reiki energy through the practitioner. Reiki helps to clear blockages and promotes physical, mental, and emotional healing. It is also generally very relaxing and is great for stress relief.
